Big Sister Circle aims to give pre-teens and teens the tools to build a strong sense of self by exploring and learning about mindset, body positivity, healthy expression & self awareness in the four week program. As young women who have seen and experienced the many obstacles of teen-hood ourselves, we now strive to support the next generation in leading an assured and positive teen life & future.

This is a 4 week program for your child to have uplifting experiences with other girls between the ages of 11-18 years old. Connecting together as the rockstar chicks we are to create an amazing container full of self-love, fullest expression & lots and lots of FUN!

Learn to express yourself in our amazing dance circles & catwalk experience which is bound to make your child feel amazing about themelves, because everybody is celebrated in this space!

Learn how to navigate social conflicts with grace by bulding strong communication skills by uncovering how to stand strong in the face of peer pressure & making informed choices at school, work & play!

With amazing team building exercises through the entire program, your child is going to love the interactive program that supports their transformative experience by striving to be their best selves by uncovering a whole range of tools & opportunities to stretch their capacity of greatness.
